AiB managers oversee all projects to ensure they are run in a way that adds value to the client. In addition, each consulting project is assigned a team consisting of:

• Team Leader - usually an MBA student
• Consultants - comprised of MBA students, graduate students, and outstanding undergraduate students
• Mentor - a member of the business community with experience relevant to the project
